GESS International Caps String of Biogas Announcements in NC with Lead Sponsorship of Renewable Energy Conference, Oct. 15-18

Having announced plans for seven biogas and other renewable energy projects throughout North Carolina, GESS International is the lead sponsor of 2018’s BioCycle conference in Raleigh, Oct. 15-18. This week, the company announced plans for a $35 million biogas plant in Robeson County, which has been hard hit by Hurricane Florence. The plant is expected to eventually employ around three dozen people.

$30 million renewable energy plant proposed for Clarendon area farm

Green Energy Sustainable Solutions, Inc. (GESS) announces plans to to install a $30 million plant on about 10 acres of 450-acre farm land that will convert hog wastes, as well as silage from county farm row crops, into natural gas that would be sold to Duke Energy and possibly other power companies.

GESS Developing Another Biogas Facility in North Carolina

In April of 2018, Green Energy Sustainable Solutions, Inc. (GESS), announces plans to develop a second biogas plant in North Carolina. The site located in Wilson County, is owned by Andrews Hunt Farms, will be powered by swine brown biomass manure and agriculture waste. The Wilson County Green Energy Biogas Park project is expected to produce 330,000 MMBtu of renewable natural gas annually.

New Swine Biogas Facility in North Carolina

In early April of 2018 Green Energy Sustainable Solutions, Inc. (GESS), announces plans for a new biogas plant in Nash County, North Carolina. The project, producing 330,000 MMBtus of renewable natural gas annually, will be the Nash County Green Energy Biogas Park, LLC. The facility will use swine waste in its conversion to natural gas that can be directly injected into the nearby existing pipeline.
